How pay works here

The same transparency we give clients on the invoice, you get on your pay stub.

Weekly, on time

Pay runs every week against your submitted hours. No monthly cycles, no waiting on the client to pay us first.

Strict overtime

The first 40 hours each week are straight time. Every hour past 40 is paid at 1.5 times your rate, itemized separately.

Per diem on travel

Assignments requiring travel and lodging carry a per diem. It is stated in your offer before you accept, not decided later.

Gear on us

PPE and site specific training are provided. You are not buying your own gear to start a job with us.

Questions we get every week

Before you apply

Do I need OSHA certification before I apply?
Not always. For safety roles we want current credentials or a clear path to getting them, and we will tell you on the first call exactly what a given site requires. Site support roles such as equipment spotter are open to candidates with solid field experience and no certification yet.
Is this W-2 employment or 1099?
Positions are staffed as employees with taxes withheld, not as independent contractors. Your offer states your classification, rate, and shift in writing before you accept anything.
How long do assignments run?
Most run for the length of a project phase, which is typically several months rather than a few weeks. We staff long run engagements on purpose, because the alternative is asking good people to accept constant gaps between jobs.
Do I have to travel?
It depends on the market. Some assignments are local and some require travel and lodging. Assignments requiring travel carry a per diem, and you will know the arrangement before you accept, not after you arrive.
What does a 12-hour shift actually look like?
Day crews and night crews each cover 12 hours with a handoff at 06:00 and 18:00. You work your shift, document what you find, brief the incoming lead, and go home. Hours beyond 40 in a week are paid at time and a half.
I applied before and did not hear back. Should I apply again?
Yes. Openings move with project starts, so a market that had nothing last quarter may be hiring now. Apply again and mention that you have applied before.
