What we put on your site
Every position is quoted as its own line item with its own rate and hours. You see who is on site, on which shift, at what cost, before anyone mobilizes.
| Position | Scope | Shift availability |
|---|---|---|
| Lead Safety Professional | Site safety oversight, client interface, incident response, crew direction, and daily reporting. | Day / Night |
| Safety Coordinator | Inspections, toolbox talks, permitting support, hazard identification, and documentation. | Day / Night |
| Lift and Rigging Support | Critical lift oversight, rigging observation, and lift plan review against OSHA and ASME B30. | Day / Night |
| Energized Work Observer | NFPA 70E oversight for work on or near energized systems, boundary control, and PPE verification. | Day / Night |
| Equipment Spotter | Heavy equipment guidance, traffic and pedestrian control, and ground crew communication. | Day / Night |
Beyond bodies on site
Safety programs work in the field or they do not work at all. Ours are written in plain language for the crews who follow them, and they still hold up to corporate and regulatory review.
Short notice supplemental manpower through long term multi building programs, day and night.
Site specific safety plans, JHAs, and written programs crews actually use.
Independent review of critical lift plans against OSHA, ASME B30, and manufacturer specification.
Compliance assessments and vendor qualification review before an inspector finds it first.
Read this before you sign anyone
Most disputes on a staffing contract are not about the work. They are about the invoice. Here is how we structure the things vendors usually leave vague.
| Where it bites | Typical vendor | Safe Site Solutions |
|---|---|---|
| Rate structure | One blended rate covering every position and shift | Separate rates by role and by shift, published in the quote |
| Overtime | Buried in the base value, discovered at invoice | Strict OT over 40 hours, itemized as its own line |
| Headcount detail | Grouped as a single crew total | One line item per person, per shift |
| Minimum hours | Guaranteed hours you pay whether worked or not | Billed in actuals against certified timesheets |
| Night coverage | Priced as an afterthought or unavailable | Dedicated night crew with a stated differential |
| Rate increases | Adjusted mid term with notice only | Fixed for the term, any change capped and consent based |
| Scope changes | Verbal, reconciled later | Written change order signed by both parties first |
The part most vendors will not put in writing
Every term below appears in our standard quote, before signature, in language with no room to move.
Billed in actuals
You are invoiced for hours actually worked, backed by weekly certified timesheets signed by your site representative. Projections in a quote are for budgeting, never a floor.
No minimums
Strict overtime
The first 40 hours of each workweek bill at straight time. Everything over 40 bills at 1.5x as its own itemized line, never folded into the base.
Never embedded
Line item detail
One row per person, per shift, with straight time and overtime hours and rates shown separately. No grouped headcount, no blended rate.
Per person
Rate stability
Rates are fixed for the term. Any adjustment for tariff or regulatory cost requires your consent and is capped at 15 percent.
Capped
Change control
Any change to scope, headcount, schedule, or shift structure requires a written change order signed by both parties before implementation.

Where we work
Crews mobilize to the site. Travel and lodging are handled on our side, so your cost is the rate on the quote.
Standard on every site
Every invoice ties line for line to the signed quote. One row per person, per shift, straight time and overtime separated, backed by certified timesheets your site rep already signed.
Toolbox talks, JHAs, and permits stay current and organized in the field, not assembled the week the auditor shows up.
Our leads close items out on site before they escalate to your safety director or your client.
